CUSTOMIZED, GOAL-ORIENTED AND EFFICIENT
PHYSIOTHERAPY
Active physiotherapy by means of targeted stretching, strength and mobilization exercises is a measure for practically all injury and disease patterns of the musculoskeletal system.
Passive (manual) therapy is indicated when freedom of movement or the ability to lift weight is still restricted, for example after an operation.
MEDICAL TRAINING THERAPY MTT
Therapeutically guided rehabilitation training for strength, flexibility and endurance. It improves muscle and joint function. It also strengthens the general condition and health of people with reduced physical capacity. We create your individual training plan, which you can carry out independently. Of course, we physios are always around to answer questions or to correct your exercises.
DRY NEEDLING
Localized muscle tensions, so-called trigger points, can be treated with intensive pressure (manual trigger point treatment) or with a needle using a sterile acupuncture needle (dry needling). The aim of the treatment is to eliminate muscle tensions on a neural level.
MANUAL THERAPY
Manual physical therapy refers to hands-on therapeutic techniques used by a therapist to treat a wide variety of symptoms and conditions. This style of treatment, which is often performed alongside other techniques like exercise or pain-relieving modalities, can be helpful in addressing numerous different concerns, including pain, stiffness, or range of motion limitations.
SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY
Rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance enhancement are at the heart of sports physiotherapy. Whether you are an enthusiastic amateur athlete or a professional competitive athlete, we treat you holistically with individual treatment methods for effective therapeutic success.
TAPING
Taping involves the application of elastic cotton adhesive strips to the skin. Depending on how the therapist applies the tapes can relax or support muscles, relieve pressure on joints, or activate the lymph to help fight swelling. With the tape you can shower, bathe and exercise.
INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Individualized training tailored for the committed and determined high performance athlete. The semi-private sessions are instructed by the skilled performance physio. Programming is coordinated with physical assessments from sports medicine professionals.
SCOLIOSIS THERAPY
Scoliosis is defined as an abnormal lateral curvature of the spine. Physiotherapy for scoliosis may be beneficial to help you relieve pain, improve spinal mobility, and prevent worsening of your lateral spinal curvature. Your physical therapist can work with you to strengthen muscles that support your spine and improve your postural awareness.
POST SURGERY REHABILITATION
After surgery and through your recovery, we will assess your mobility, strength and function. According to the different phases of healing, your progress and goals, the physiotherapist will prepare with you a rehabilitation exercise programme. He will liaise with your surgeons accordingly during your treatment.
NURSING HOME TREATMENTS
We offer treatments in nursing homes and homes for the elderly when the mobility of patients is limited. Physiotherapy helps with age-related physical problems, such as back problems, varicose veins, water retention and it can sustainably reduce pain. With the support of a physiotherapist, seniors can correct their posture in the long term.
Recognized by health insurance companies
Our physiotherapy services are covered by the basic health insurance or accident insurance. You need a prescription for physiotherapy from your doctor. However, you can also use our services without a prescription, but you will have to bear the costs yourself.
